Downloaded Window 10 to primary computer HP Envy Touchsmart three days later. This computer had HP simple Pass, but it never worked well at all so I uninstalled it about eight months ago. Windows 10 did not download the Simple Pass downloaded to the Envy. Have spent more hours than I would like to admit trying get the Simple Pass that came with the Windows 10 download to the Pavilion, with no luck
