Hp Quick Launch Buttons Download Win7
Everything is much snappier and works out great except the HP quick launch buttons.
Initially they worked so I could control the volume, mute and media buttons. Then I don't remember exactly what I did and I installed either an update or an HP specific Quick Launch Buttons software package and they stopped working.
I don't use system restore and I shuffled through several HP software packages including : SP40139, SP44777, SP39425. These seem to install fine and the Quicklaunch control process starts. However, the buttons still do not work. I even started the HP quick launch buttons under Windows Vista compatibility mode.
So I was wondering how can I revert back to the initial KB driver that first came when I installed Windows 7. That seemed to have done the trick but I don't know what it was.
HP is too lazy to support my laptop brand although it is more than enough for running Windows 7.
